The Cobra Island Cobra Trooper is one of the most coveted army builders in the entire Classified line. Released as a Target exclusive in 2020 as part of the Special Missions: Cobra Island wave, this figure was notoriously difficult to find at retail — so difficult that Hasbro eventually released the mainline Cobra Infantry (#24) specifically because demand couldn't be met. The original #12 has remained a secondary market staple ever since.
Cobra Troopers form the core of the Cobra forces — their ranks drawn from criminals around the world, wearing masks to hide their identity, carrying out chaos-causing missions without question.
