This is the complete G.I. Joe Classified Series #161 Deluxe set — Snake Eyes and his Arctic Polar Bear companion, inspired by the iconic M.A.S.S. Device storyline from the original G.I. Joe animated series. In that story, Snake Eyes is dispatched to the Arctic Sea of Ice to recover a red crystal catalytic element needed to power the M.A.S.S. Device — a mission that puts him in near-lethal proximity to the crystal's radioactive effects and face to face with a vicious polar bear. The Classified treatment brings this scenario to life with exceptional detail: Snake Eyes arrives in cold-weather Arctic gear with a complete mission-specific loadout including the M.A.S.S. canister, the crystal element itself in a clear display container, and a bear trap with chain — all the hardware for one of the most memorable solo missions in G.I. Joe history.
The Polar Bear is a fully sculpted animal figure with an alternate growling head and a swappable battle-damaged shoulder piece that lets you recreate the standoff from the episode. Together the set includes 15 accessories for Snake Eyes and 3 for the Polar Bear — 18 total pieces — making it one of the most accessory-rich single releases in the Classified Series to date. Note that some sellers on the secondary market are breaking this set apart and selling the Snake Eyes figure separately without the Polar Bear; this listing is the complete, factory-sealed set with all contents intact.
